Just trying methods to study

I've just got an idea of a studying method, right now I'm studdying about the circulatory system btw :)

This also can be useful to other people that unfortunately has to study for a test rn so I'm posting it :p

1. What happens in the right and left ventricles when the heart muscles

   a) relax?

-When the heart relaxes, in the left side, deoxygenated blood enters the left ventricle trough the vein from the body. In the right side, oxygenated blood enters the right ventricle trough the artery from the lungs. The valves also open.

   b) contract?

-When the heart contracts, the valves close and deoxygenated blood enters the vein to the lungs. Oxygenated blood enters the artery to the body.

2. Which structure in the heart ensures that blood only flows in one direction?

-The valves. They open when the heart relaxes and close when the heart contracts.

Note: These are probably or incorrect or (most probably) impossible to understand T-T
